  Four of us visited the Restaurant for the first time at 7pm on a Wednesday evening. We were the only people sitting in the restaurant. There was 1 waitress and a bartender on the other side. It is cute inside & clean. The menu is diverse and interesting as it covers many different culinary techniques and is not typical. We decided to try something from each geography if you will. We attempted to order clam chowder but they were out. They only had 1 order of pasta remaining. The Vietnamese Soup was over seasoned with too many different seasonings competing but other than that well done (it was a very large portion). The Cesar Salad was well very good. A highlight of the meals were the meatballs. The Risotto Jambalaya (not sure what it was really called) was the best dinner that we ordered. Two of the dinners came out raw (not cooked). One of the dinners had the wrong side. But that could have all been fixed. What was worse was the service. Our waitress dropped the food and left for 30 minutes never returning to check on the food or drinks. (Never even saw her in the dining room to flag her down) After she finally returned and we asked for the two dinners to be cooked more, she again left for 20 Minutes. She then returned and said they decided to remake the meals entirely. All they had to do was out the food back in the grill for 10 mins. I explained that 2 people had already finished eating. We were not waiting anymore and we would take it to go. No one came to apologize or explain. She handed me the bill (not discounted). I paid it and tipped her the 20% as it is the right thing to do. I did express clearly that her service was no where near what it should have been. She said don't tip me, I was busy. I looked around at the empty dining room. It is a great concept and I am providing this feedback as I hope the owner of the Restaurant will do something to help his business. I hate to see local business loose local clientele.

  Totally amazing. The spicy maple wings and the chicken flat bread to start are highly recommended. Amazingly tender short ribs. Delicious with super clean tables and very nice glassware and silverware. Service was slightly slow to begin with but the main course came really quickly compared to other restaurants. Great atmosphere and aesthetic. Would recommend to anyone who likes good food :)
